Daytime is for relaxation and chilling, but nighttime is for fighting.

Kitchen After Dark is a 2D cooking-and-defense prototype that blends multiple genres into one simple loop: cook, earn, prepare, and survive.

By day, run a small kitchen in a calm, chill cooking phase. Serve customers, match their orders, watch the burger doneness, and earn cash.

By night, everything changes. Zombies attack in waves, turning the game into a mix of shooting, tower defense, and survival. Defend the fence, switch weapons, manage ammo, and survive as each round gets harder.

Spend your daytime earnings on weapons and supplies, watch for special customers, and take advantage of rare vendor offers before the next night begins.

This first prototype focuses on the core idea: a relaxed cooking phase by day, a tense zombie-defense phase by night, and the challenge of reaching the highest round you can.

Black Market weapons are random; the same weapons may not be available every time.
